How long will the experience last?
Your entire experience will normally take 1 hour, but it does depend how smart you are! The game itself can last up to 60 minutes and we will brief you before your game starts.
What skills do I need to play?
No special skills or knowledge is needed to play the games.
What if I need help during the game?
The Gamemaster is available if you are in need of help.
May I book a large party or group?
Yes you can! You’ll need to contact us and we can advise you on what is best for your group.
How much does it cost?
The cost for Standard Bookings is $28.95 per person, plus tax.
How many people can I book for?
For Standard Bookings, you can book anywhere from 1 to 12 people. If you would like to book for more than 12 people, we suggest booking multiple challenges. For Corporate Bookings, you can book up to 41 people. Our Rooms can hold a maximum of 12 people. If you book any more than the maximum for the room, your group will split up into different groups to attempt multiple rooms at the same time.
How far in advance can/should I book?
You can book for the current month and the following two months. Bookings become unavailable for reservation one hour before they start. If you have a date and time in mind, we recommend booking as soon as possible! Weekends are the most popular time for bookings, so we recommend booking a week or two in advance.
How challenging is it?
Our escape rooms are challenging. Many people do not escape within the one hour time limit. If you escape, you can feel pretty good about how well you and your team worked together. If you don’t, that’s okay -- we will go over all the answers with you after the hour is up!
Is there an age limit?
No, our escape rooms are accessible to all ages.
Is the business wheelchair-accessible?
Yes, two of the Escape Rooms are on the first floor.
When should I arrive for my booking?
Sessions begin at the exact start time of the booking. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled booking. This gives you enough time to park and use the restroom.
Can we bring food and drinks?
Food and drinks are not allowed in the escape rooms. We do allow food and drinks for corporate events and parties in our party room.
Where do I park?
There is street parking directly in front of the building.
